1. Pre-Travel Vet Check
A thorough veterinary examination is essential before any pet travels. Schedule a check-up at least 7–10 days before the journey. Your vet will assess:

- Parasite check (internal and external)
- Fit-to-travel certificate (required for air and train travel)

Recommendation: While microchipping is not mandatory for domestic travel within India, we highly recommend it as a permanent form of identification for your pet's safety.
