By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

• "MoveMyPet" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the company providing domestic pet relocation services.
• "You" / "your" / "customer" refers to the individual or entity using our website or services.
• "Services" refers to all pet transport, relocation, logistics, and related services offered by MoveMyPet within India.
• "User" refers to any visitor to our Site or user of our Services.
• "Pet" refers to any domesticated animal (dog, cat, rabbit, parrot, exotic animal, etc.) transported or cared for through our Services.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site and Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in their entirety. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. Services Provided

MoveMyPet offers professional domestic pet relocation services within India, including but not limited to:

• Door‑to‑door pet transport across India
• Pet taxi services within cities
• Veterinary assistance and fit‑to‑travel certification
• Pet boarding and care during transit
• Documentation assistance for interstate moves

All Services are subject to availability, route feasibility, and compliance with regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or pet at our sole discretion.

Note: For international pet relocation enquiries, we connect customers with trusted licensed partners. These Terms apply only to the domestic services provided directly by MoveMyPet.

5. User Obligations

As a user of our Site and Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information when using our enquiry forms, booking systems, or communicating with us.
• Ensure that your pet is healthy, properly vaccinated, and fit for travel. You must disclose any known medical conditions, behavioural issues, or special requirements.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including animal welfare regulations and transportation rules.
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed for the Services provided.
• Provide necessary documentation (e.g., vaccination records, health certificates, permits) in a timely manner.
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your pet's health, travel dates, or other relevant details.

6. Payment Terms

All fees for our Services are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment terms are as follows:

• Advance payment of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to confirm a booking.
• The remaining 50% is due before delivery of the pet (or as per the agreed payment schedule).
• Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway (RazorPay). We do not store your full card details.
• Additional charges (e.g., crate rental, documentation fees, vet checks) will be communicated and invoiced separately.
• All payments are non‑refundable except as provided in our cancellation and refund policy.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations on the day of pickup are non‑refundable.
• Cancellation by MoveMyPet: We reserve the right to cancel a booking if your pet is unfit for travel, if documentation is incomplete, or if we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, vehicle breakdowns). In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the service.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7‑10 business days using the original payment method.

8. Liability

MoveMyPet takes the utmost care in handling your pet. However, we are not liable for:

• Any pre‑existing health conditions or injuries that occur during transport that are not caused by our negligence.
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, government regulations, strikes, etc.).
• Loss or damage to personal belongings or items carried with the pet.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific transport service. We strongly recommend that you obtain adequate pet insurance to cover unforeseen incidents.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MoveMyPet or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any part of our website without prior written consent from us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
